Logistics and Rentals Coordinator

Due to internal improvements and company growth we currently have a permanent, full time position available with our Logistics team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and Logistics.Primary Responsibilities include:

•    Timely, accurate and cost effective shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
•    Timely and accurate handling of rental inventory.
•    Assist with inventory control in Dartmouth and at outside locations.
•    Assist with counter sales inDartmouth.Secondary Responsibilities include:

• Backup to Cellular Coordinator in

Dartmouth.
• Assist with very basic building maintenance.Qualifications and Requirements

•    A proactive team player with a positive attitude
•    Good communication skills with a pleasant manner
•    Attention to detail, to correct processes and to deadlines
•    Good computer skills
•    Prior, relevant experience would be an asset, but will consider candidates willing to learn and to take initiative

Seaside Communications has been awarded the Cumberland County Broadband Pilot as a first step to the province-wide rollout of high-speed internet access to all Nova Scotians. Nova Communications is please to be providing the wireless infrastructure for this important pilot.

The system will be based on Motorola’s highly successful Canopy broadband portfolio, and Nova is pleased to be part of the Seaside team for the wireless design, supply, and implementation.
