Nova Communications is growing our National Online Business and is looking to add this key position to our online team. Working with most departments in the company and with our customers, you will be responsible for expediting customer's order within our current processes. You will also be a key contributor to helping to streamline internal processes.
This new role will require someone with:
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent listening and communications skills
- A desire to work as part of a team to streamline internal processes
- Urgent response to customer's requirements
- Well organized and can multi task based on changing priorities
We're looking for someone who is goal-driven, who is looking for more than 'a job', who wants a challenge, and a career; someone who is willing to invest the time and energy it takes to build a business and be part of a team of the future. Past experience an asset but is not as important as proof of dedication.

Nova Communications is expanding our Digital Radio Network and is looking for a determined Corporate Sales Representative to generate business customers. This new digital radio technology is the first in Nova Scotia and requires a professional sales person with a passion for helping customers with their operational and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has a burning desire to win and enjoys working with corporate customers in various industries in metro Halifax.
This new role will require someone with:
- Proven track record of sales success
- Sees prospecting as critical to success and enjoys the challenge of Cold Calling
- Has a strong sense of urgency and a bias toward action
- Past experience with Owners and Managers in blue & grey collar industries an asset
- Organized to maintain contacts and records in CRM software

Entry Level Wireless Technician (Dartmouth)
Nova Communications' growth and opportunity in the wireless industry has created a need for an Entry Level Wireless Technician to join our team at our Dartmouth NS location.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and test wireless systems, including two-way radio, tracking and broadband wireless
- Thrive on learning new communications and IT technologies and skills
- Enjoy customers and delivering outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program in communications or electronics
- Some technical communications or electronics experience
- Good communications and computer skills
- Drivers license and clean driving record
- Self-confident, self-starter, resourceful, team player, and great attitude!

- Assist sales and engineering to design new systems for challenging customer applications
- Thrive on learning new communications and IT technologies and skills
- Enjoy customers and delivering outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program in communications or electronics
- At least 5 years of technical experience in the wireless industry
- Good communications and computer skills
- Drivers license and clean driving record
- Self-confident, self-starter, resourceful, team player, and great attitude!
