It will safely condition and charge your Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries in one to two hours. The MCC controls heat buildup due to its charging and termination algorithms and its maintenance mode allows batteries to be safely left on the charger for extended periods of time.
