This key position will be responsible primarily for the following:
- Leveraging email, phone and our website to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
- Actively prospecting existing and new customers via consistent outbound sales activities, including phone calls and email.
- Responsively qualifying and servicing incoming leads and opportunities.
- Identifying and exceeding customer needs using proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Establishing, building and maintaining long term customer relationships.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Order processing and customer account management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Prospecting, selling and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation, to offer, to fulfillment.

This key position will be responsible primarily for the following:
- Developing regular, insightful, and engaging written and possibly video content.

Manager, RF Engineering & Projects Nova Communications is the leading independent wireless integrator in Atlantic Canada. We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead our RF engineering and project delivery. The position is based in our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia head office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, generate and document RF path analysis, interference analysis, and general propagation studies.
- Manage major wireless projects to ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget and meet the customer expectations.
- Design and oversee the presale and post sale engineering of complex wireless projects for diverse technologies including trunked radio systems, indoor and outdoor broadband wireless, and mobile devices and applications.
- Other duties will include installation procedures, commissioning procedures, reliability analysis and electrical power analysis for communications equipment.
- Working with clients, internal teams, partners, and subcontractors of differing technical abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Must have or be able to qualify for membership in Engineers Nova Scotia
- Telecommunications engineer with at least 8 years experience, including wireless communications
- Ability to lead and manage staff and subcontractors, and work well in a collaborative environment
- Experience with quality systems and ISO9001 would be desirable
- Represent the company with a superior level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of software applications such as Pathloss, MSOffice, AutoCad, and Visio.
- Ability to travel for project and training throughout Canada and the USA.
