Field Service and Repair Team
At Nova Communications, we work around the clock, 365 days a year, to keep your telecommunications up and running with a certified, factory-trained technical services team.
Our field services and repair team covers all the bases. They can do site surveys to determine what is required for an implementation, as well as configure and stage equipment, install and commission it, and, of course, repair and maintain it as required. We deliver these services as part of projects, as an as required service for repair and upkeep, or as part of an established maintenance contract.
Our skilled technicians have the right training, tools and attitude to ensure your project expectations are exceeded. Our technicians are kept current with training from our suppliers and from Nova Communications, and they also have direct access to technical support from our leading partners such as Motorola. Our people are committed to getting the job done right and we take pride in our work.
In addition to technical training and factory certification, our technical services team receive safety and related training as required to work on oil rigs, mines, refineries and other environmentally sensitive work places requiring certification.
Nova Communications offers field service across Atlantic Canada, and elsewhere as required.
