Project Management
We have extensive project management capability and expertise to be able to ensure that larger projects are delivered to meet your expectations for deliverables, schedule and budget. The tools we can draw on to do this are:
- Skilled and experienced project management with computerized project tracking, time, resources, cost, and task completion
- Critical path analysis to identify and correct problem areas
- Project and engineering documentation can be provided including: Block diagrams, parts list, test and commissioning procedures and reports, spares list (level 1, 2 and 3) software programs, operating instructions and manuals, path analysis documentation, reliability and stress analysis documentation, complete ILS with PPBs
- All documentation is under configuration control
- Quality Certificate of Conformance can be supplied
- Supplier Data Requirement Listing (SDRL) Documentation
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Commissioning Acceptance Testing (CAT)
